I would bet that this is the RMT RDC. Their last catalog offered the MTH Silver Bullet and a Lionel set.
It was in the Nov/Dec 1991 issue.
I don't believe producing videos is in the cards for us, though we have chatted about some sort of compilation disc as a promo or something. I think that TM Books pretty well covers the field.

You are only supposed to be able to subscribe to newsletters by taking action to subscribe to a specific title. I think the sub page (or an earlier version), may have had a "all" option. You should be able to unsubscribe to specific titles.
The reason it doesn't look right is that it is a British locomotive (and the cars aren't). Any of the other Lionel holiday engines should fit right in.
