How to start a session with other modelers

Where would i find information about how to start a session and where would i get information on how to use waybills and car cards.

Is there anywhere to download a copy of a waybill or a sample program i can use to help me understand it better.Oh bye the way thanks for the info.

There are several places. 

  1. Here's one towards the bottom on the left side of the page http://www.westportterminal.de/
  2. If you are getting the DVD Dream-Plan-Build series, the last installment covered this in enough detail to get started.  The DVD also has sample forms in PDF format.
  3. One more, there is a Yahoo group specifically dealing with this subject - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/carcards/
