Steam & Preservation

 I attempted to download my video of 765 running from N. Judson to La Crosse In.

First "Photobucket" restricted me from downloading anything over 100mbs.

  next I get failure notice for all of the "MPG" files under 100mb I attempted to download.

Any advise of suggestions.

I have some great shots I would like to share.

Also I just purchased a H.P. printer-scanner. WHAT A BIG mistake.  Cats playing among pots and pans are quiter. The program from the driver disk has invaded my machine. First it would not download completely. It states I have to go on the internet to complete. I use the local library computer and internet. I can not download.

Second the program from H.P.  "photo-gallery" now wants to control every access I make to view photos or videos. It attempts to install every time I look at something.

MAJOR problem it will not complete its own installation. It states there is a problem and I need to insert the "CD". Problem when I insert the "CD" it states it can not find the program "1" to complete.

I an no computer wiz, but this may help:

Go to START then Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs.

It will take a minute to populate all programs... Look for HP programs, such as:

HP Extended Capabilities or HP Image Zone, etc, and let Windows remove them.

You might just have to go into File Types and locate jpeg, etc and SPECIFY what program to use to open the files. New programs typically try to anticipate that you want to use them for every feature they have..!!

If that does not help, try going to C:\ Program files \ and removing the files there, that might remove enough of the files to stop or cripple it, HOWEVER, this could also make things worse.If you are going to remove files manually, I suggest moving them to a new name rather than removing so they can be restored in the event of a problem.
