Re: Please keep my Dad in your prayers.

Hi, needless to say you are certainly in my prayers. my mother was diagnosed with bladder cancer in the early 1980's and is going fine today. the doctors told her she would die of old age before bladder cancer got her. I guess it's one of the less threatening ones to have. here is his wake up call. my mom smoked for years, she stopped that day. tell your dad to take care of himself, as a Christian we need him here, the fields are ripe!Angel [angel]

Re: Please keep my Dad in your prayers.

"I will surly keep you, and your Dad in my prayers, it's more than just faith, it's a fact our Lord Jesus Christ answers our prayers, please take comfort in that."

Collin, Paul's words are perfect, and I couldn't say it better. It's a sad state when as a society we put more stock in celebrities in Hollywood than Christ in Heaven.

I've personally bore witness to a miraculous healing where doctors where dumbfounded and without explanation. Though those of us who prayed for the man knew. But as a sad postscript to that, the man had a long-time problem with pornography and didn't give glory for his healing where it was due. Doctors were jsut as dumbfounded when this man's prior condition came back unexpectedly.

Collin, your dad has already been in my prayers since I saw your post. Remember in your own prayers to give thanks to God for all that you wish to come, as well as everything you have already been given and for the time you have already been allowed with your dad.

Take it from me, blessings are a little harder to see in times of pain and hardship, but they're still there.
