My friend said me the picture was taken in Portugal. I think it is corret because the line is narrow gauge and Portugal have them there.Smile [:)]

I now have the feeling that the poles (for catenary?) were there first.  The track looks new, and the poles will have to be removed or replaced to accommodate the new line.  Might be hard to schedule without major disruptions, but tracklaying has to meet its schedule, too.  I suspect that everything will be hunky-dory by the time ballast is laid.

The word "Dismount" probably means "Derail"... so it is in some country where some words ("Stop") are English, but others are translations of the English to the Country's offical language.
