Finally the BB40T-2 drawings!

Hi guys, finally I received the official drawing of rebuilt FCA BB40T-2. They are in the article about how CVRD didi the modification on the units. It´s a very interesting article with pictures of the most important modifications on bolth BB40-2 and BB40T-2 units.

The new-built locomotives from EMD were DDM45s, SD45s with four axle trucks similar to those on US DD35s, but metre gauge, of course.

As far as I know there have never been any BB45s.

Yes, EFVM have a good fleet of DDM45, but also have 4 BB45-2, rebuilt from former SD45-2 of BNSF. Look one here. Picture from my friend Filipe Foster

By the way, CVRD is planning to rebuilt all DDM45 to BB45 because this model is much more flexible to run on the lines of FCA and EFVM. The rebuilt program is going to start this year!
