A new "quickbuild" city building for my layout

Hi friends! I started on a new project the day before yesterday. I need to build a "few" houses for the city on my layout, The M-K & Eastern RR, and I ended up with a design to fit between a street and the upper level tracks.
This is how it looks:

The sign:

The roof with the Doves:

The street side of the building:

Another view of the track side, with the loading docks:

It is made from card and paper with a little wood (for bracing). I can actually build the city in a reasonable time now .

I like it!  Really nice job.  The brick coloring and texture look superb!

A really superb job. I echo the other post and think that the decal of the man sets it apart. A quick one for you but an impossible one for me.

Thanks for sharing.

It looks great, I am interested in seeing it in place on the layout.

For paper and card stock it looks very realistic with a lot of texture.

Well done.

You did that in a couple of evenings??? I could've done that in a couple of evenings as well (assuming that one evening is about 22 hours long!).

I'm generally not a big fan of cardstock models because they lack a certain three-dimensionality, but I'm willing to make an exception in this case. That is one fine looking building. Very nicely done.

Is this all from scratch or did you use a pre-printed building?

I'm thoroughly impressed

Wow! That's one good looking building. I can not believe it's paper model. Great job.

Yes it is all scratchbuilt, the bricksheets is printed out from a PDF-file I bought from Scale-Scenes in the UK.
