help in putting protosound in a bowser 4-4-4-4 PRR Duplex.

Hi,I new to this site...My girlfriend won me a bowser 4-4-4-4 PRR duplex..I want to install a proto sound with lights on this train..any info and advice would be very apperciated..if I'd posted this in the wrong area?please tell me where to post this at ..
