Trains on the Shasta Route

 Does anyone know the number of trains that run daily on the Shasta route of the old SP, now the Union Pacific.  I'm in the area from the east, and I'm wondering about traffic and times that trains usually run.

 About 10-14 UP freights a day plus Amtrak (2).
