Re: help

Arcus:  Yes, scale rulers are available in many places.  The catch is, which scale are you modeling?  Remember within Large Scale (commonly and not so correctly called “G Scale”) the are about a half dozen different scales.  Somewhere on this forum (I’m guessing about a year ago) someone posted a “PDF” with several different scale rulers.)  Several vendors on the net have downloadable scale rulers.  The only place that I have seen a plastic ruler has been at selling train shows.  I've heard that Ozark Minitures has them, but I've not found them there.

Re: help

Greg has it!   Scalecard offers rulers in all the many g scales.   short metal ones to wallet plastic to long plastic ones.   I carry one in my wallet so when i see a figure in a store I can tell if it will fit.

Re: help

I did that also, then laminated them to a piece of plastic with some clear packing tape.

Re: help

www.railscale.com has 6 to 24" aluminum scales in most all desired RR scale, get the combination of two scales on one ruler.
