dispatching game

Hey, does anybody happen to know if, and where, a free railroad dispatching game that is compatable with Windows Vista is?

Train Dispatcher on the Signalcc.com website had a demo version of 3.0 that was downloadable for free.  Granted, the time for running it is limited to 2-5 hours of game time.  The 2.0 version is downloadable for free, and it can be played (and saved) for up to 24 hours of game time.
