those guys are pretty smug about being covert in their operations, I think they watched too much "man from u.n.c.l.e." when they were kids. And will no doubt smuggle the train to it's destination citing some need to "protect it's host railroads" or some similar pomp. 
You'd think they were guarding the crown jewels or something.
