Could this be a reaction to the possible availability of stimulus funds or an appeal for smart planning?
The relatively short intermodal lanes of the National Gateway network is surprising. In addition, these lanes do not extend to Chicago, Atlanta, Florida, or the Gulf Coast. What happened to the A, B, and C lines; or is that another layer of service?
