Lima Locomotive Co. switchers

Does anyone know if models in HO scale were produced for the Lima 1000hp and the 1200hp switchers?  I think the Lima designation for these locos were LS-10a, and LS-12a.

It looks like a company called JJL makes a plastic shell to fit a Stewart Drive. See http://www.freewebs.com/newhavenrailroad1959/yardswitchers.htm for a photo and some info.
