B&O main line bridge at Cincinnati

Hello. What is the name of the main line bridge that used to belong to the B&O near Cincinnati? As I understand it, it burned many years ago, and the railroad decided not to rebuild it. Any background/history related to same I would be very interested. Thank you, Benjamin P. Mc Knew

Re: B&O main line bridge at Cincinnati

L & N,C & O and Southern had bridges crossing the Ohio River at Cincinnati.I can find nothing on a B & O bridge. If it was a B & O mainline bridge it would not cross the Ohio River. It may have crossed the Miami or little Miami Rivers.Sorry I can't be of more help.
