Restore of a pre-war 92 floodlight tower

Hi,

 

  I am curious if anyone has restored a 92 floodlight tower?  Do they come completly aprt into separat pieces like a 60 telegraph pole, whioch woul dmake it much easier to remove the old paint from. Any issues with the lamps themselves and how they are attached to the platform?
