Tools for easy DCC wiring

Please does anyone know of a make/model wire stripper capable of handling the tiny guage wires common to decoder harnesses?

I just pinch it between my fingernails.

I agree, fingernails are the easiest tool to use. Or you could try these:

Klein Tools makes a good stripper. Litchfield Station has them:

I bought mine from Home Depot and it goes down to 26ga, how small do you need to go?

A lot of decoder wire is #30 or smaller. Fingernails are the best 'tool' for decoder wires, and as a bonus you can't misplace it.

Sorry I don't have the part number, I found one at Harbor Freight for $3.99.

The part numbers for mine are 1 and 2 for the right hand.

6 and 7 for the left hand strippers.
