New Lighting problem

All the cars light up fine, but now I have a new problem. I used 22 gauge wire for all the hook ups but the tether wires between the cars are popping the cars of the track when they go into turns. It's as if the wire is a bit too stiff. Would thinner wire be appropriate here? Thanks, Jake

I'd use 20 or 22 gauge stranded SuperFlex wire.

Re: New Lighting problem

Run the wires along the coupler drawbars.  If you can without interfering with the coupler armature, actually fasten them to the drawbars.  Then they will follow the couplers in the turns.  If you can put them underneath the couplers, they will look like brake hoses.  You won't need unusually flexible wire if you route them this way.

Re: New Lighting problem

Thanks for both suggestions. I'll try Bob's first as I already have them wired for that, I don't know why I didn't think of that. Best Regards, Jake
