I'm missing pages (The B&O Christmas story is cut off for example), pages are in the wrong locations around that same story, and several pages are repeated multiple times.
Any chance I could have a replacement issue mailed to me? I'm a subscriber (Think you have to be to access this forum?) under this name.
I'd contact someone on the staff privately, but not sure who would be the appropriate one and what their address is. And perhaps I'm not the only one whose issue was incorrectly put together when it was assembled by machines, so maybe this will allow them a place to post asking for a replacement as well.
Thanks
Leo Ames

Try this link for customer service.
Or click the "Customer Service" tab to the upper right above the login box on this page, then select the "Manage Customer Account" link. That should allow you to report the goofed up copy.
Now I'm going to take a closer look at my issue as well.
Hi, Leo, and welcome to the Forum (I understand that you don't need to subscribe to participate here, but you do need a subscription to look at the Newswire).
Underneath the Trains banner at the top of this page, click on "our magazine". Then go down the left side of the screen and click "contact us". On that screen, look for "customer service." They'll tell you what to do.
On the other hand, if you're very anxious to read the articles, buy one at a newsstand or hobby shop before you contact customer service. In my experience with other Kalmbach magazines, they'll extend your subscription by an issue.

Call the 1-800 number inside of the Mag.
I have the same problem. I used the link that Chuck provided and customer service got right back to me and are sending me another copy. Hopefully they corrected the production error before they printed the replacement.
