Building plans

Does anyone know of a source for O scale building plans?  In particular I'm interested in an old fashoned oil derrik and or a windmill.  Other general plans would be welcome too.

Re: Building plans

When one cannot find plans of an old structure, many times photographs are used to determine reasonable dimensions.  Derrik's and windmills, both, were built in various sizes, so reasonable dimensions would be satisfactory for a train layout.

Hope this helps.

Re: Building plans

You can often find the plans in HO or N in Model Railroader or Model Railroad Craftsman.  These can be scaled up at the local Kinko's using the digital zoom functions on most modern copiers.
