MTH UP 4-12-2, Real Nice Locomotive

I don't get to post to offten but just would like to let those interisted know that I saw the new MTH UP 4-12-2 Locomotive run and it has a working middle cylinder and working valve gear for the middle cylinder just like what 3rd Rail made. The one I saw had Hi-Rail wheels and looked great. The engine ran as good as it looked and smoked real good.

Hello Rick:

Thanks for the info.  The level of detail on the new MTH engines is remarkable.  I especially like the wireless drawbar that replaced the tether.

Regards,

John
