Also did a Google images search for "blinds" and "drapes" I just saved the images I wanted and re-sized them to fit in MS Paint. I printed them out on my ink jet on 20lb copy paper. Sprayed them with some clear coat to seal the ink. (dull coat works too) I found a light coat of dull coat on the window glass (inside) made them look better. I used a heavy coat of clear coat on the drape and then placed the glass onto it while it was still wet. (note-Mikesmowers said he didn't have much luck with that method, but it worked on the ones that I did)
I also used some clear water based glue I found at Wal Mart to do some other ones. That stuck REAL good.
I just used plain old masking tape for the plain blinds.

    Thanks loather, After reading your detailed instalation process I may know how I went wrong. You said you sprayed the ''drapes'' with the clear coat, I sprayed the glass then applied the drapes to the glass while it was still wet. I wonder if that would make the difference?

 When you used the dul coat on the inside of the glass, I assume that was done before you put the drapes on.    Thanks,                   Mike 

Right. I sprayed the dullcote on the window BEFORE putting the drapes on. (and let dry) It looked better than putting the drapes directly over the clear window.

I sprayed a pretty heavy coat of clear on the drapes when gluing them to the window. Stick the window glass on the wet drape immediately.
