General Discussion (Classic Trains)

Like Classic Trains magazine itself, this forum celebrates the "golden years of railroading." Covering the railroad scene from the late 1920s to the late 1970s, this forum section is everything from giant steam locomotives and colorful streamliners, to the dieselization-era. Share your recollections here! If you're new here, please read our forum policies.

O27 Track

After carring around my Lionel Trains for over 40 years in boxes from NY to FL to VA and back to FL. I finally have a toy room, need some ideas on how to clean the tracks. Tried scotch bright pads and steel wool no luck, has anyone have any better ideas?

You can post your answers on the forum or you can email me your ideas at Mleanza @comcast.net  NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET

Re: O27 Track

I think you would have far better luck with your comments over on the Classic TOY Trains forum. This is for REAL trains.

Good luck.
