I notice that there is a Navigation Line

at the bottom of some sub forums and not at the bottom of other sub forums.

Specifically it is not at the bottom of the Trains General Discussion forum, at least when accessed through IE7.

The Community Assistance sub forum does have the navigation lines at the top and bottom....the other sub forums do not!
