New to model railroading and need help!

  • I'm new to model railroading and am looking for help. I would like build a layout for the Georgetown loop in Colorado in HOMscale. Has anyone ever run across a plan for this? Or has anyone heard of a layout already built for this?

  • Search the index page. I have seen a couple articles over the years in magazines.

It might be better to ask in one of the Model Railroader forums. General Discussion or Layouts. There is a DCC and electrical forum also.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

  • I am newbie here. And don't know much about this. Thanks OP for the helpful answers.

  • Don't know if you are looking for a current  or an older view--but--Google Maps will give you a view that is about a year old.  It can be used for overhead view--street view--or even close in views of buildings and so on--
