I wrote this some time back, and would e-mail it to anyone that would ask for help. I normally hang out on the CTT forum. The forum software doesn’t allow cut and past, so I printed it, scanned it, and posted them as pics. Now you can see it on the forum.

This is a bueatiful way for new members to learn how to post pictures, maybe if bergie reads this he can sticky it so it will always be at the top of the page.
