  • Norfolk Southern. There right across the river from my house.

  • I like the BNSF and UP the best. They are the class ones I see most often. BNSF may own a lot of Dash 9s, but overall they seem to get a lot of variety of predicessor paint schems and foreign power. UP has the most interesting engines of the class one syestem (844, 3985, centennial, E9s, Olympic SD70Ms, United Way SD40-2, and the heritage engines). Proviso also has a railfan and big CNW fanatic at the power desk making for some interesting consists. They have had 2 or 3 CNWs on one train, the CNW heritage engine with 8646 and 8701. UP 2002, 1995, and 2001 together, UP 2002, 3300, and 2001 together, and 1988/1982 together.
