What is YOUR favorite locomotive manufacturer?

EMD period. When I was eight years old in Slater Mo, I waited at the station for my uncle to bring in his quartet of F3 GM&O diesels to a stop so I could climb aboard to sit in his seat and pretend I was him,the engineer.
When I was older and he was running the GP and SD series locos it was an even better time to remember sight and sound wise.

Alco here too. The BRC C424's were personal local favorites.
Seeing a trio wheel a looong heavy transfer was a sight to behold. I've seen them blast out of Clearing and stretch their legs too along the 59th st line.

hey, lol EMD is right where it should be, on top, *** GM though, selling the one weapon I used against the ford boys when they dissed gm, lol and that was "Well Gm builds locomotives, and you dont :P" but hey, theyre high performace, much like there super fast lil brother the corvette :P

EMD will always be the #1 especially after being owned by a company thats never held the # 2 spot in it's life. GM "Built For Drivers" Alco and GE are eating GM's dust, and they always will :P
