well as obivious as it is SCHOOL SUCKS!!!!!!!! but thats life. [:(] but back to trains, so what about mordern railroading are we talking about?? ive been looking at nw-2 swichers on ebay ( you can find evry thing there ) o scale linoel postwar and all the ones i can find are battered and beeten, you know?? i would like to learn more about the nw-2 but i hope to buy one in o. any one know a sight BESIEDS EBAY that sells linoel post war stuff?? cheep, you know? but as to the subject goes mordern railroading. so if any one is a fan of grain trains? my frend at school likes grain trains so i have to dig up some information on them we plan to build a layout based on this load. i know that we will be using gp-38's sd-40's and dash-9's and i want to upgrade them in ways that make them 1 or 2 of a kind at the most since its a freelanced road anyone think of a name involved with michagan or grain what about michagan grain route thats the only ne i can think of.

It's an aerial photo of a CSX and NS pulling a train.... Now I've found a way to go rail fanning every where even on rainy days... idunno i thought it was neat.... I think the photo is of an AC4400 and a dash 9 or maybe and sd70... (i still dont know lol) well Take a peek, You can travel to different areas too! though not all of them are in color, only the ones that say 'Urban area' are in real detail and color!

I have seen all single digit CSX's but I live in CSX coal country.4 is in Augusta (as of 12/30/05) and has been sighted alot around here.CSX 9 was in Augusta in October on rock trains F019,F020 it probaly worked with CSX/SBD 4601.

Yep, I sure found your forum quick, eh Richard?
Well I got some more locos downloaded for MSTS, even though it can't even get past the third square while loading..all of the MRL F45s and some SD45s and a GP35. Also got some D&RGW SD locos, and some GN steam.
I think the "Convincing the parents to upgrade" thing is going good, by the time the week is out I think I will have another 512mb of RAM and a 100 gig external HD. :-D
An now I believe I am off to a friend's house, after all I am not as sick as I was earlier! (That doesn't mean I won't be able to get out of school next week!)

I am getting some IHC steam engines from a friend, good news eh? He had some old locos lying around and they look really good! A CN Mogul and a CP Pacific! Perfect for my fleet!

WLO1 is a U23B in WAYCROSS,GA that will most likey NEVER leave waycross since it is a TEST unit which will only be used as a test unit (for some reason) and will get maintence there and for some reason later (10 years or more) will get the torch in Waycross.Just like the HLS1 in Huntington,WV.HLS1 is a SD45-2 only CRR SD45-2 still ''active'' but a test unit.

That sucks! So they made the SCL 1776 Unit into a test unit never to leave Waycross? Real smart. I do like the nifty Dark Future look on it; to bad they didn't do that to all their GE 4- axles.

I like HLS1 becaus eit has a "differnt" paint scheme! The X forms an arrow on the one branch and the C looks like a speedometer or something. Underneath it reads, "We're up to the test."

I've seen CSX 5 cruise through here three times. And once I saw CSX 788, a rare Dark Future SD70MAC behind it with a CSX Coal.

Oh any Matt, here, beat me boy.

I have ALL of the KHP2 loco's plus the WHOLE route.
I could have gotten the lone AC44 for free, but opted for paying ( which its not my money so i dont care if its free or not ) for a lot nicer cab and sound with DieselsWest stuff. Its ok, need a tissue[}:)]
