  • It wasn't me. I made sure that all of my links didn't make it that you have to scroll sideways. In fact, it was like this since before I posted that and it irritates me too, so why would I do it?

Matthew - Then I'm gonna have to get Eric involved. He asked why I'm letting you back, well I'll give you a second chance - not saying that you even did anything, LOL.
And the GE/EMD discussion on Eric's forums has gone on long enough...........

Here are the pictures I have been wanting to post.

Did this one two years ago.

This one I did last summer and looks sharp. You can tell how much better I have gotten in the last 2 years.
I am working on an Amtrak train coming out of Chicago. Two F40phs pulling away.

  • hey guys,

Im at a Hotel in Altoona, which amazingly has wireless internet. I've been here for two days and in that time the sun has been out for about four hours. I haven't got any mind blowing shots (because of the weather), but I get them on RP.net soon.

    Have a good one...
  • John Irelan - I was at Altoona on the 13, 14 and 15th. Spent the night on the 13th and 14th. In-i-restin', what a close call.

Will you be there tomorrow night, cuz I might be calling it a night at Galltizin or Altoona.

If you are there tomorrow, go to the Horseshoe Curve, cuz I will be there later on in the day, we may be able to meet up. I'm not sure, but please try.

I will be there tomorrow night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. I'll check up.....

The Wisconsin Central!!!! 70 locomotives over 3000 railcars. He has double deck layout with two large helixes and probably a scale 7 to 8 miles or track. What I am going to do is take pictures of his layout this saturday and then I will post them. He just got two SD24 Foxer River Valley locomotives and he put WC reporting marks on them. Very impressive looking layout.
I know you are a WC fan but if you saw this guys layout you would go nuts.....

Why a tie??? Man there are so many ties here in duluth I wouldn't even need to pick one up to see. But I must ask are you going to be using it for anything?

  • well 3 words to describe today at 2:40 PM NO MORE SCHOOL!!! thats right today was my last day of middle school off to the high school on August 4th. On a sober note the school will be teared down during the summer after 49 years of being where it is today after a fire in 1956 before that it was there since 1927 thats a total of 79 years being there the new location is between the elementary school and high school.

No railfanning for me this weekend due to the grandfather working tommow and getting the van working before Folkston next week when I go to Folkston and Waycross,GA for memorial day weekend after that June 10-19 I will be in Arizona and will see some trains in Tucson. My mom says since there is really nothing to do she will take me to the Amtrak station there. YIPPPEEE.
