    Pretty sweet

Anyway nothing new has been going on. I hope everybody has a good Easter.
The model railroading world for me has slowed down and I have not done much with the layout. Railfanning is going to be slow very soon. I may not beable to railfan through the summer. My job is going to become more demanding since some people are leaving.
    Anyway have a nice Easter.

The thing is Max I'm not mad at all. Here's the reason. First of all I only mentioned one Milwaukee road unit, and you said yours beat out all of the Milwaukee road unit"s"
Thats plural for more than one. All most all the units I mentioned were not Milwaukee road.
Second, You and I have big differences on railroads and thats fine. The reason I like the Milwaukee road so much is because they were a unique railroad. They were the only ones to go as far as electrify a section of there railroad and keep it up as long as they did. The Great Northerns idea of eletrification didn't go very far. They were scrapping there units long before the Milwaukee road did. And believe it or not the Milwaukee road was making money at it for awhile with there electrification. No one else even attempted or even considered to make the electrification happen. Now I know what your going to say, "that they still died," but that does not matter. I don't think you realize it but the Milwaukee road was one of the top railroads admired by people. The reason was for there uniqueness. Not even the DMIR is looked at as much as the Milwaukee road is. Try looking up the milwaukee road on the internet and you will see for a fact. The Milwaukee road historical society has an unbelieveable amount of people on there site and most are members. There members range well over this sites numbers.
Now I know you like the DMIR and I'm not going to shun it or anything but I want you to realize that I am not a DMIR fan and I don't like it when you make snide remarks about the railroads I like. I'm not saying your doing that now, because your really not but I would appreciate it if you would keep your comments to yourself. I like my railroads and you like yours and this should apply to everybody else too.
    Hopefully you understand.[^]

Anyway there is nothing new hear at the moment and I'm going to be working on my railroad later this week.

  • What is this place any way ??? I'm a Maine 13 year old. I've been instered in trains for the past 9 years. Just got started withmodel rr. last summer. I'm a member of the local train club and really need a better controller for my small layout. All my layout is track, 11 paper buildings, 2 engiens, 7 items of rolling stock, and 1 grade crossing... Nothing more. Just the bare must have's for a layout.
