Amen to that!!! And seriously, you are welcome here, no matter where you live... so tell me, whats it like in Austrailia! Do you like it?

It is pretty good, where i live, in a small town we don't have big traffic jams. it is also about an hours drive to the nearest railway line. and there may only be 10 trains in a day if your lucky. the fast passenger trains called XPTs go through this line. it is the main line up to brisbane so you get a few freights, but most stuff goes by truck nowadays. it is summer here, and it is a hot one. thankfully i am down in sydney, whitch is a bit cooler. and yesterday i rode in a double deck train. but those are common here. but still it was a new one, i haven't been on one of them before. then of course there are the old tulloch double deckers, scrapped a few years ago. they were 40-50 years old. the windows in them would always jam closed in summer, and open in winter. as i said they were scrapple a few years ago. you can still see them on sidings, etc. whitch brings me to the red rattlers, old trains, whitch wre given this name as they got older. these were single deck, red trains that rattled, the last of whitch were scrapped in the 90's. this is all that i could rattle off the top of my head, and i have probably board you too death. but if you want to hear more i can tell you plenty more.
    bye for now

  • Stop complaning about getting snow daye! It doesn't even snov where i live (in australia), so what do youse have to complain about!. sorry if it seem rude but this is supposed to be a train forum.
  • Sorry to have this posted, but tell me do you really want a friend like this..

I sent an email, politely, no cussing or anything

"Eric, i was more than willing to be your friend. Not everyone, beleive me. Oskar, Noah,Me a couple others. Why do you think i have a problem, just because i pointed out that you were still posting a too much and you get mad? Like i said, why would you get mad unless your afraid of the truth? So now your calling me gay? Oh we are good huh? Ya , you'll really get to me now. It hurts Eric, im crying! Like i said, you either grow up and treat a forum like a forum and not an IMing service, or you dont talk. Unfortunately, you still think you are god and no one can stop you. Bad attitude man, bad.

    Alec"

    And now he says

Kiss my a**, fa g***!!! If you think that you "crying" has an effect on my emotions, you are barking up the wrong tree. By the way, I don't fear the truth; I fear change. Get it straight, bi***! Also, the Rock Island railroad was the sorriest rr I have ever heard of!

The rock island part is that i have a CRIP banner in my sig.

So ya, just thought i would show you that i try to be nice and boom...... I guess he will never beleive that he is the same as everyone, as he seems to be on a pedestool.

It's a chit chat forum over here,.... where talking about trains is OK,.... instead of picked on... right now the hot topic is drama!... Weather it be "Grease" The play, ERIC, 'The God', Or girls the root of ALL EVIL! lol,..... But we all agree on one thing trains are better than all of these things....

I think this group which Im glad I found jus likes to BS lol

    AND THAT IS COOL!!

Like i said you young guys on here blow my mind.. especially RICHARD, but Im sure some of you are just as big a Rail-FAN as Rich is!

    Later Guys,

& alexander13, we'll get back to trains lol!!
  • Hi everybody, yes drama is a hot topic! Speaking of which, I did really good tonight, but the CD player was acting up. After we went to a party, which is why I'm here so late. So it's over! The last play I will be in with 5 people, I sure am going to miss them. So sad, so sad...
I got an email from Eric in response to one of mine, he seems like he really doesn't want to come back to trains.com, saying they kicked him off for a fight he didn't start. I have no idea how to reply to this, as he did say a few things.
And yes Dock_661, I am sure that we are all as big railfans as Richard is! Especially me! Like today, someone commented that I wasn't wearing anything with a train on it, and so I showed them the fact that I was only covering it up. At this point, the teacher said "Aww, why'd you have to get him started on trains?"
Well, I'm off to bed, I will actually be on at the normal times tomorrow!

I have a vid about SP fighting snow on Donner Pass. They only bring out the rotaries when the flangers cannot handle the snow. Rotary snow plows were invented in the 1860s, but were not actually built until some time later. (I love history, especailly when it involves trains. [;)] [:p] [8D] )

Here is a link for more info.

Here is one more site with lots of info.

Well, enjoy, a little reading never hurt anyone. [;)] And Matthew, English isn't that bad. [B)] [:p] [:)] [:o)] [^]

Hey Scott, I see ya down there! You're welcome here. Most of the flames here have involved Eric, so I don't think we'll be seeing much more.

Okay, you caught me...I've been reading what has been going on since I was informed about the flame wars. So, yeah, I've been around. Just haven't said anything. I guess I'll start contributing here now...No better time than the present.[8D]

Well then...We just got our Christmas tree finished today, by adding some trains underneath it. We are running a Lionel Phantom III, and a Bachmann On30 North Pole & Southern Express. It's awfully purdyful.

So we are talking about Drama right now are we? I love acting. My Drama I teacher said that I was a natural, especially at being the victim of stage combat.[:D] That was fun. I was the only one that could throw myself down onto a hard wood floor without hurting myself.[^]

OScaleTrains: Your dogs are interest in them? Coolness...Maybe you can teach them to sort trains in a staging yard.[:p] If they are becoming a problem, you just need to keep the trains away, and scold them if they do something to them. My cats were quite interested in my trains, but after almost being beaned over the head with blocks and all when they would do something, they learned not to touch them, and would just watch.

No school today for me, I'll be around.[;)]
