Chris, I saw that picture while looking at the new submissions yesterday. I didn't recognize the name though!! Nice job!! Just remember though, railpic's won't except every image, prepare to be rejected some(I am quite often). I wish I had someone to tell me that when I first started there, I used to take rejections personally.

As I was being driven home from school at about 3:30PM, I ran accross one of the WSOR's Supertrucks dropping off some new ties near the Hartje Spur in Reedsburg. I don't know for sure, but I some how doubt that these ties are for the new spur, as they are a good half a mile away from site of the new spur. And, this is usually where ties are dropped off when they are going to replace some ties on the main line or one of the sidings. My guess is that they are going to do some rehab of the Long Pass in Reedsburg, as that's the way they will be accessing that new spur that is going in, and it's in pretty bad shape as it is now.

I didn't stick around for him to finish up, so I'm curious to see if he picks up the old ties that can be partially seen in front of the Supertruck or not. There has been a large stack of them there for a while, and they've got to go sometime.

Well, I better get going, I want to work on my Model Railroad Module tonight. I'll see you all later.

Chris, I visit railpic’s forums every once and a while, to find out about changes to the site and stuff, but I don’t go there often. I think I’ve made a total of two posts there. But I am WSOR 3802 over there, if I ever post.

Alec, I like the photo you have in your sig, looks good. It’s obvious that this was once a double track segment too, which is cool.

Well, I gotta go, the teachers decided to give us lots of homework and all give us quizzes tomorrow, which means that homework to do and stuff to study. I’ll see you all tomorrow.
