Change Avatar software malfunction.

As of February 25th, 2014 there is a Change Avatar Malfunction. This is on top of the no-paragraph malfunction. Something is seriously coming apart with the forum software every month.....

Additionally I am not able to find a means to change one's signature.

Right hand side... under community settings.

Would never have considered I would have to change my 'personal' settings in the public arena of the 'community'.

I tried again with an image that is cropped greatly from a higher resolution image.

To get people to put up an Avatar, tell them to choose something cropped to a lower resolution or a low resolution still image.
