    It used to be almost every young boy's dream to be the engineer on a steam engine. Man I was born 70 years too late. The steam engines were "alive". What a thrill it must have been. I have not ridden in the cab but have ridden in the passenger cars pulled by a steam engine. Just watching them work is thrilling. Standing next to one under steam is an experience, feel the heat, hear the hiss of steam and smell the fire. OH BOY [:)]
