This entire scene was salvaged from my first layout. It was built from ideas put forward by Malcom Furlow in his book on how to build a narrow gauge model railroad. Malcom was a true model railroad artist, and I owe him a great deal, when it comes to getting me interested in this hobby. This scene already has a space reserved for it on my new layout.
