hey i was looking through some of my back issues since my subscription ran out this month and i have no mooola to renew thanks to my layout and i saw the article in the Model Railroad Planning 2005 "Designing the Deepwater District using CAD" on page 42 and i was wondering what is the blue material that they were attatching track to? Also is it cheaper or easier to use then plywood? Thanks
