A chap has said in another thread here that he was having problems being motivated to work on his layout. Below I have presented one solution some have used with success. In essence, twice a year I through a layout "party" where people commit to some objectives over a 6 week period, then report back once a week. Many have found this a "fun" way to do it. You also get to here about other's progress, or lack there of (you are asked to report even if you didn't do any work, and be honest about it). So far I have hosted two of these.
