Big night last night! The western tunnel on my 8x4 Rocky Shores RR was completed last night. My six year old daughter wanted me to name it after her, so it has been dubbed "Sara Tunnel". With the installation of the tunnel roof (which also serves as the track bed for the top level track) I was finally able to install my final girder bridge and lay the last of the track. My loop (I call it a folded figure eight?) is finally completed. I tested it with some free rolling rolling stock and operation was smooth. Next step is to drill holes for feeder wire and start soldering them into place. Thanks for indulging me, but I just wanted to share my excitment. Isn't it great that a 40 year old man can get so excited over something so insignificant to the rest of the world! Trevor
