BLI Switcher Behavior

I found that BLI included a behavior where the engine will resist the analog throttle's commands to move forward and backwards. Instead what you will hear is the motor revving up and as you get moving the engine eases off.. I thought this was great! <br /> <br />Now I wonder if all BLI desiels do this? <br /> <br />What about steam? Is it possible to do the same thing?
