I think the OP wants to 3D print the models.
After seeing some of the stuff my friend Chris made with his 3D printer, I certainly understand why.

I don't see much in the way of mystery for creating "concrete" 'phone booths...sheet styrene is cheap and easy to work with for square concrete 'phone booths, and thinner sheet styrene, wrapped around a suitably-sized piece of pipe should work well for the round ones, too. An alternative for the round ones would be to use brass or aluminum tubing, or even styrene tubing of a suitable size.

Anybody know where I can get .stl files for one? Shapeways has already printed ones. Doesn't seam to be any manufactured or printable anywhere.
