How do you connect it? I might get it.

I have the Walthers 90' turntable, built-up version for DC. I added a DCC Specialties PSX-AR auto reverser to the bridge track and I have no issues at all. Works as it should.

Hope this helps.

Generally, yes, you can.  I have an Atlas turntable, exactly the same as the DC one on my old DC layout, on my DCC layout and it works just fine.

I don't know the details of the Walthers unit.  You may need an auto-reverser, and, like most turntables, you'll have to be careful with wiring stall polarity.

It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
