Hi!
I have been in the process of researching, photographing, mapping and designing a layout based on the CNR East Yard and the jointly operated Winnipeg Transfer Railroad. This is an ongoing project. I have a basic plan for the layout in pencil but not digital. Time is likely to be set at 1955.
Sincerely,
Grant Morgan

Hi, ironic, I was just in Wpg for a week seeing my mother, did a little railfanning while there, tried to locate some of the RR's there to see some home layouts or clubs but no luck. I tried your site and via Yahoo can not get anything. Tried a few others and still nothing. Is it up and running as yet?? Let us know, will sure put it in my favorites and go back to it often. Just off the topic of your site for a moment, we got into elm park hobby shop, there is one out near where we stayed, I think it is called wherehouse hobbies, the sign was out on the street but no hobby shop in the little mall, did they relocate or close. Just asking as will be going back again in a few months. Ron.

Yes wharehouse hobbies have relocated to a rather remote part of town and there not easy to find. As for the site not working im not sure its all up and running.Including the forums and chat room.
