I get MRR through Amazon for the Kindle. I have had this for 3 years and the access code has always worked for Cody's Office. Now it does not.
I've never had the digital version, just the archives, and the mag subscription. Although I can't access all of the "subscriber extras", I just watched a few videos on MRVP, and I don't have a subscription to that.
Oh well, who ever this was farmed out to, doesn't seem to be on the "cutting edge" of technology. More on the "struggling to keep their heads above water" end.

My You Tube
Considering the March issue JUST showed up today in my Ziono and in the Archive app - the online content may not be fully published yet.
Does anyone think to CALL? In fact, the other day when i was goign to email, it actually told me email support was unvailable and to call - so I dunno who you are emailing. Could explain the lack of response. Give them a call, seriously.
Not sure why some people just have endless toruble. In all my years of digital subscription (I jumped on the moment they offered it - I rarely ready any physical books any more. I wish those recent Jeff Wilson books were available digitally, those are probably the last books I've bought) I had exactly ONE problem, which was solved by clearing cookies. Oh and once I couldn't open and watch the Cody's Office video, it kept saying I wasn't logged in. But every other MRVP vodei worked fine. So I called - person on the phone told me they knew about it, watch it through the MR site instead of MRVP, that worked fine. Eventually it was fixed, because that episode works fine in MRVP now. But the main point - CALL for faster response, plus right now the email support is supposedly down so any emails you send are probably goign off into space.

I'm having the same sort of problems. I can see the archives, I have MRVP and can access them, but I cannot get to the on-line video extras. I'm supposed to have access to them. I've tried to log out and log back in, but the web page never seems to log me out. I've also deleted cookies and cashed pages - no joy. I've also tried to use email support - worthless. They promise two days and never reply at all. It's going to be a tough sell to plunk down my money again at subscription time.

Anything with the little MRextra thing next it, a mag. subscriber has access to.
Go to the top black bar, hold the mouse on The Magazine go to the drop down column to the far right, and you can see what extras mag subscribers get, it includes Cody's Office, amoung others.
I've always had access to what they offer.
I'm not supposed to have access to all MRVP videos, and I don't.
I don't have anything right now, just the page the OP referres to.
There's an access code in the magazine each month for the bonus content that they allow you to view even if you aren't an MRVP subscriber.
That you are getting an access code message almost certainly means you do not have an active MRVP subscription.
mbinsewiI have the mag subscription and the archives. I should to be able to watch the videos, like Cody's office, I have before, now I can't.
Maybe you shouldn't have had access?
I have the print mag and MRVP. People have started a number of threads on how to do that or to re up the MRVP, because the options are
To see my MRVP subscription decals, you have to do it from the MRVP site

I get the same page the OP is getting. Asking to "check my subscription", or "enter an access code"
The BS continues.
Very interesting, as I just called customer service today, I ordered MRP 2019 way back in August and it has not shown up in my Zinio yet. ANd I saw it in the grocery store last week. While the hold time was kind of long, the person that answered was clearly a native English speaker and the problem was resolved quickly (well, hopefully - she said it could take 24-48 hours) but otherwise no problem getting fixed up.
JERRY KALISZEWSKII am subscribed to the magazine and Video Plus, but not the digital magazine
Me too. Can I say that without meaning something else?
When I check MRVP, it considers me logged in. If I log out and click on the video, I get a popup standard login window. No request for an access code. I've never seen such a request.
They have been monkeying around with the video format. Today, and before 3 or 4 weeks ago, there was a play arrow in the center of the the pic of the video. If it remembers you to be logged in, you clicked on that and it played.
Things changed in the last couple days and there was a message at the bottom of the pic and it said click here to play. Now things have reverted back to the center arrow. I use a video downloader and when the message was there, there was only one possible video that it would download. Now and before, there are several videos it can "see'' to download.
I would suggest deleting cookies containing http://mrv.trains.com/ and internet cache.
MR is working on their IT problems. As a media Internet company, they have been not been on the cutting edge.
This might have something to do with all of the problems the web site is constantly going through.
If you have the All access, it should work.
Some days things work, most days it doesn't.
Close out, and try again without logging in. I have the archives, and sometimes that's the only way I can get in to the archives.
Customer service for MR is a mess, so find the number for the Kalmbach Co.
Good luck,
I am being prompted to enter an access code to see videos. The instructions say to look in the table of contents in the digital product.
I am subscribed to the magazine and Video Plus, but not the digital magazine. Where do I find the access code. I am able to log onto the website, but I cannot view videos on the regular website, but I can on the Video Plus site.
