Thanks for the information. Your photos are great and the vehicles are exactly the types I am looking for.

Ford's Model A was introduced in 1927, and included several 'work' variations. Although it appears they're currently out of stock at Athearn, you may be able to find their HO Ford Model A Huckster, Pickup, and Telephone Truck at the LHS or online. Appears the Model A Tow Truck is in stock....

Up until fairly recently, Jordan Products would have been one of the few of which I'm aware, but the owner has passed away and I haven't heard of anyone picking up that line, as yet.  Their kits were styrene, and prices on-line jumped somewhat on the owner's passing.
Sylvan has resin kits for a lot of vintage vehicles, and with either of those lines, you can customise many of the trucks to types other than what the particular kit represents.

In the photo below, the truck at the head of the line is a modified White (Chevy) flatbed, from Sylvan and the car behind it is also from Sylvan.  The third vehicle is an Essex, from Jordan Products Highway Miniatures

This one is a metal kit from Alloy Forms...

Classic Metal Works

also has some vehicles which may be suitable for your stated era.  The few which I have are early '40s plastic cube-type vans, which will become late '30s stake/dump trucks.

While vehicles are necessary to complete most model train layouts, I find them a bit on the expensive side for what is essentially scenery, so I also use some solid cast resin vehicles in the background....

I am looking for mostly flatbed trucks and other transport vehicles in HO from the 1900s to 1930s. What is a good cource for wither kits or built veicles?
