Michael,

It would be best to contact and talk to Customer Service directly by phone.  Unfortunately, it will probably have to wait till Monday.

Give Customer service a call.  Sometimes the site has problems with passwords.  I had this problem a while ago, but since Archive shut down a few days ago,  (scroll down the list a threads, and look for Steve O's post about the archives back on line),  it's been working good.

That ahppene3d to me once, they told me to log out, go into your browser and clear the history, then log back in.  Your problem may be completely different but give it a go.

I want my archive access!
Posted by Bayfield Transfer Railway on Saturday, June 30, 2018 1:38 PM

I'm putting this here because others may have solved it.

I have a subscription + digital archive.
When I try to get to the archive I'm told by the website to go to Customer Service.
When I click the button and get to Customer Service it confirms that I have magazine + archive through Nov. 2018, but no way to access the archive.
There is an "add digital access" button, but that just takes me to the digital version of the magazine, which I don't want.

Help!

Anybody else having this trouble?  How did you solve it?  How the HECK do you get your digital archive access back?
