Happy Day !
Posted by Model Train detailer on Saturday, May 5, 2018 4:22 PM

Hi All .

Went to the Museum to do a test fit of the Building i described in my last post .Guess What ? Not only the staff but EVERY visitor during the time I was there ( Four Hours ) Recognised my efforts !

They all knew which store and shop was which . OOH , I love it when a plan comes together ! I will keep you posted and I'll make sure they post it on the site page so you can see it . I am a Super Klutz when it comes to photos in posts .

It's nice when people recognise our efforts in model building. It's somewhat different when it's not fellow model builders. Builders appreciate the extra effort because of their own experience. Others reactions reflect that they recognise tha actual prototype and relate to it from that standpoint. They often realize the effort too. Both kinds of recognition are rewarding. I'd be happy too!

That's great, always nice to have some recognition from a lot of hard work.

Now we need some pictures.

Congrats on being recognized, but your last post that I saw was about local breweries in Texas.  Posting a photo isn't that hard, if you follow the directions.  If you wing it, it probably won't work
