I have a Walthers ADM Grain Elevator kit that I am assembling. I have been using super glue for the construction of my Rolling Mill, but this kit has LOTS of windows. I know that CA has a tendency to fog clear plastic that it comes in contact with. THe plastic that the windows on this kit are made of, however, seems not to do that (two pieces of sprue test glued). Does the fogging happen a while later or should it be evident early on? I know that on my Athearn locomotives I use white glue to secure the clear parts. Should I do that on this model? Another thing about the test CA joint is that it didn't seem to bond well. I tried to create two flat surfaces, but could the bad bond be due to round surfaces? I would like not to have to go buy some special glue for clear plastic.
::End rant::
Thanks,
Reed
