So a couple days ago I wanted to check into getting the online archive and it said my accoun't "Wasn't eligible to add it on" and I could only renew my subscription fully. So I went and checked again today and it was ine so i went in and signed my info in and then, it said I got an error saying they coulnd't submit the process.I think I may have entered the credit card info wrong and accidently listed my current card as a new card.
My question is: Am I locked out or something or is there another issue?

I think you need to contact the customer service, by phone. They have always answered my questions, and helped me through any problems.
I did the digital archive thing when I renewed by print subscription, no problems.

Yeah I'll call in the morning Tom. For all I know it could be an issue w/ the servers. But I just wanted to make sure I wasn't Perminantly locked out of doing anything.
