2016 -2017 wiring project

well here is the straight scoop for anyone finishing up wiring 1. menards sells very close to size spade connectors with some tweaks but small ones check the package window for the size. 2 autozone sells the right 3 amp fuse links and under 5 dollars a piece. 3 use gutter rubber extensions for wrapping all wires by the control board you will have all incoming wires and need the extra diameter for wrapping plus use clamps after splitting it to close it up. 4 you can use staples for hanging wire looms just be careful i was and had a good work ethic of course when creating my harnesses. 5 wire wrap and label everything bottom middle and of course at the  wires end and use permanent marker to write with.     I finished this year 1 to 3 hours a day since mid september 2016 and 4 to 6 hr days on days off just stay persistent and visaulize the end project. I live in a area where they love to give fines for minor bs like little things on your property and i hardly have any but upkeep is due to be done and the weather is cracking so the time is right to get ahead and then really enjoy the seasons with no pressure with outdoor things so when i run my layout next fall there will be plenty of time to enjoy it and by the way almost all houses accesories grass trees etc and scenery is already done so fascia work will be minimal and enjoyment will be the order of the day with reliability and no derailments the small things this year was also attended to or normal upkeep. so to all who are finishing go for it and enjoy and always keep in mind of movement so leave wire slack and protect all of it it will payoff in the future trust me it did for me. good luck guys the weathers calling.
